Just after a London derby win against Tottenham on Thursday, The Blues continued their momentum into their next match. In a dazzling display, Cole Palmer, Conor Gallagher, and Noni Madueke each found the net within the first 45 minutes.

Shortly after the after-time break, Nicolas Jackson secured a goal in the 48th minute after an unselfish assist from Madueke, who broke through the West Ham defence.

Jackson scored his second goal in the 80th minute, making it 5-0. This win moves Chelsea above Manchester United, securing seventh place in the Premier League standings, just two points behind sixth-placed Newcastle United.
