Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has heaped praises on Kelechi Iheanacho and challenged him to build on his great start at the club.

The Nigerian forward joined the Scottish champions after the termination of his contract at Sevilla earlier this month on an initial one-year deal.
Iheanacho endured a disappointing time in his last club at the Spanish side, failing to fit into the team and he spent the second half of the season on loan at Middlesbrough in England.
However, the 28-year-old has enjoyed a great start to life since moving to Scotland, netting twice in as many games.
He scored on his debut, netting a 96th-minute spot-kick to earn his side a 2-1 win over Kilmarnock.
He was on target once again, scoring few minutes after coming in the 1-1 draw against Red Stat Belgrade in their Europa League opener in midweek.
The Super Eagles star is already becoming a fan-favorite and could yet eclipse his best goalscoring campaign, which he set under Rodgers during their time at Leicester City.
Rodgers full of praise for Iheanacho
Speaking ahead of Celtic’s match this weekend against Hibernian, as they look to build their lead at the top of the standings, Brendan Rodgers had a lot to say on the Nigerian forward.
“I know he’s a natural striker and he can do really good things for us. That is part of the challenge, filling in the gaps where we have some”, Brendan Rodgers admitted.
“He’s only going to get better because I know the player. I know how good he can be and how good he was for me.
“When he came in, because of the timing of his arrival and everything that surrounded our window, maybe it wasn’t so accepting for him to be in, but there’s absolutely no doubt that of all the players that were available, he was the standout”, the former Leicester City manager added.
“I know his talent and I know how big a player he can be. Now he’s starting to settle into the squad and he’ll show that during his time here.
“He’s come back physically in a really good place – his body fat is one of the lowest in our squad, so he’s in a really good way. It’s just catching up on game time, and he can be a big asset for us”, he continued.
