Italian giant Inter won their third game in four games as they comfortably defeated Salernitana 2-0 at San Siro stadium.
Goals from Lautaro Martinez and Nicolo Barella helped Inter Milan ease to a comfortable victory
Simone Inzaghi had come under intense pressure after a bad start to the season, Inter lost five of their first 10 matches, but they are now unbeaten in four games and continued from Wednesday’s promising 3-3 draw away to Barcelona.
Inter Milan opened the scoring sheet in the 14th minute of the game through Lautaro, who fired a shot from outside the box, and the ball bounced in front of Salernitana keeper Luigi Sepe before finding the bottom corner of the net.
Italian player Barella doubled Inter’s lead in the 58th minute, the Italian controlled the ball beautifully in the box and placed a shot into the bottom right corner.
With the three points at home, Inter moved up to seventh in the standings with 18 points.
