Fulham manager Marco Silva has expressed satisfaction with the performance of Samuel Chukwueze after their 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday night, SportPremi reports.

The Cottagers delivered a remarkable performance to condemn their hosts to a third straight defeat inside the past one week.
Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze started a league game for the first time since his arrival from AC Milan in the summer and rewarded his manager’s faith with a player of the match display.
The Nigerian international was impressive throughout the game causing problems for the Spurs backline, creating the first goal before being denied a chance to add to rhe scoreline himself.
The win takes Fulham up to 15th place with 17 points, although they are just a single point behind Spurs in 11th place.
Tale of the match
Tottenham headed into the clash hoping to bounce back from two consecutive defeats – to Arsenal and to Paris Saint Germain.
Fulham, on the other hand, were hoping to build on a 1-0 win over Sunderland in their last outing.
Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey and Chukwueze started together for the first time at Fulham, with Iwobi making his 304th EPL appearance.
The visitors were in dreamland as they raced into a two-goal lead inside the first six minutes, as the home side produced a shambolic start to the match.
First, Chukwueze provided the assist for Kenny Tete to open scoring via a deflection, before Spurs goalkeeper Vicario was found wanting for the second as Harry Wilson scored a stunning goal with the keeper off his line.
Chukwueze was then denied his first EPL goal after a vital interception by Micky Van de Ven.
Tottenham pulled one back through Mohammed Kudus in the second half, although they could not muster an equalizer as Fulham were 2-1 victors at full time.
Silva hails Chukwueze’s display
Samuel Chukwueze earned the player of the match award for his inspiring display in his first EPL start for Fulham.
Speaking after the clash, Marco Silva hailed the Nigerian international’s talents and hopes for more of the brilliance at the club.
“He was definitely knocking on the door before the game. He is a very good player, we all know that”, the Portuguese revealed.
“Unfortunately, with some injuries, three international breaks away from us, it probably didn’t give us time to get to know each other better.
“We have worked together for short spells, but he has always shown a very good level. It’s just a matter of him being in his best physical condition to start games.
“He started because he deserved it, and it was another great performance from him” he continued.
“Let’s hope he can continue in this way and be more resilient over 90 minutes. He is going to be a very important player for us, like he is right now.”
Fulham are back in action on Tuesday night when they face former Champions Manchester City at the Craven Cottage.
