English Premier League club Fulham are willing to break their transfer record to get Savinho from Manchester City this summer.
It has been a topsy-turvy summer for Tottenham, as while they have gotten some of their targets, others have slipped away.
They have been able to sign Mohammed Kudus and Joao Palinha this summer. But they failed to secure the services of other targets like Morgan Gibbs-White and Eberechi Eze.

Due to their failure to get these players, Spurs are still actively in the market. They have been heavily-linked with Brazilian attacker Savinho in recent weeks.
The 21-year-old winger just arrived at Manchester City from Girona last summer, but he was not convincing enough. Still, Tottenham see him as a player that can help them massively this season.
Transfermarkt has valued Savinho at €50, but the former Premier League champions want a significantly higher amount.
What Tottenham Plan to Offer Manchester City For Savinho
According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Spurs are willing to break the bank to land their man.
Their most expensive transfer is currently Dominic Solanke, who they signed from Bournemouth last year. However, Tottenham are willing to shatter that record.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Spurs are ready to pay an excess of €70 million to acquire Savinho’s services.
If the deal happens, it will be a statement of intent from the Tottenham board, and coach Thomas Frank, who has won his first two Premier League games at the club, will be under pressure to deliver the results.
The transfer window closes on September 1, so Tottenham have just seven days to complete the transfer.
