Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United are currently engaged in discussions regarding a potential loan deal for Jadon Sancho.

Jadon Sancho in Manchester United

According to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, ongoing discussions involve a potential six-month loan deal, as Dortmund expresses interest in bringing back their former player on loan. The ultimate decision, however, rests with Manchester United.

The English winger was sidelined from the United first team in August following a conflict with Eric ten Hag, as he declined to apologize to Dutch manager.

Jadon Sancho joined Man United in July 2021 from Borussia Dortmund, where he had played for four years. The transfer fee was £73 million, and he signed a contract with Manchester United until 2026.

During his time at Dortmund, Jadon Sancho played in 137 games, scoring 50 goals and providing 64 assists.

In the ongoing season, the 23-year-old winger has featured in only three matches for the Red Devils. Since his transfer to United, he has played in 82 games, scoring 12 goals, and contributing six assists.
