English Premier League predictions: Matchday 14

Saturday 29th of October

• Leicester City vs Manchester City:

Things have turned around for Leicester, as they have finally found form. Since the thrashing by Tottenham in September, the Foxes have won three of their last five English Premier League games to come off the bottom of the table.

For Manchester City, Erling Haaland is a doubt, which will reduce City’s attacking output. However, without Haaland, Pep Guardiola still has some attacking threats at his disposal, which can do the job.

Stats:
Leicester City has not conceded a first-half goal in their last five league fixtures, and Manchester City has not scored a first-half goal in King’s Power Stadium in their last three meetings.

Prediction: Under 2.5 1st half (@1.20 Odds)

• Bournemouth vs Tottenham:

Tottenham has suffered back-to-back Premier League defeats against Manchester United, and Newcastle’s frustration in the Champions League and a last-gasp disallowed goal against Sporting CP followed.

Prediction: Away to win (@1.74 Odds)

• Brentford vs Wolverhampton:

Brentford were surprisingly beaten 4-0 by Aston Villa last time out. But they now get a chance to return to winning ways against a Wolves side that’s void of confidence.

Prediction: Home Team to Win or draw (@1.35 Odds)

• Brighton vs Chelsea:

Chelsea while not looking all that great has been getting the job done under Graham Potter, Brighton has been winless in their last five fixtures.

Both team has draw in four of their last five meetings.

Prediction: Over 1.5 goals (@1.33 Odds)

• Crystal Palace vs Southampton:

Palace have been the inconsistent this season, they lost three goals to nil to Everton, while Southampton drew against an Arsenal team who are in form.

Prediction: 1X 1st half (@1.21 Odds)

• Newcastle United vs Aston Villa:

Newcastle, who are fourth in the Premier League table and have been undefeated in their last five fixtures, will take on a Villa side that is 15th in the table.

Newcastle are in good form, and the Villa team seems unlikely to stop them.

Prediction: Home win (@1.78 Odds)

• Fulham vs Everton:

Fulham have only been beaten once at home this season, They have also won two of their last three games.

Everton has won three and also lost three of their six Premier League fixtures, including a run of three defeats in a row against Man United, Tottenham, and Newcastle.

Prediction: Under 3.5 goals (@1.39 Odds)

• Liverpool vs Leeds United:

In LiverPool last five games they have won four and lost to Nottingham Forest, their last win came against Ajax in the Champions League, While Fulham remains winless in their last five games.

• Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest:

Arsenal will be looking to come back after a comprehensive defeat to PSV Eindhoven in the Europa League on Thursday, but they are still the team to beat in the English Premier League this season.

Nottingham Forest have at least improved since manager Steve Cooper was handed a new contract and should be high on confidence after beating Liverpool last weekend.

Prediction: Home Win (@1.23 Odds)

• Manchester United vs West Ham United:

Man United have got Ronaldo back and scoring ahead of their clash with West Ham on Sunday, having been dropped altogether for the trip to Chelsea last weekend.
