FIFA finally approves the nationality switch of former England U19 and U21 forward Ademola Lookman who is currently on loan with Leicester City.

Ademola Lookman came through the ranks with England from the Under 19 and Under 21 level, in 2017 he won the Under the 20s.

It wasn’t the start the African Champions would have wished for at the FIBA Women World Cup, losing their first opening game to China who won 90-76.

Nigeria was however without some of their key players, the likes of Ezinne Kalu were not present because she was injured.

The D’tigress of did well in the 4th quarter by winning 24-11points but wasn’t enough.

D’tigress will battle it out with France next on February 11th by 6 pm.
