Super Falcons of Nigeria gets an away win against Côte d’Ivoire to qualify for AWCON, Esther Okonkwo’s late-minute strike guaranteed the Super Falcons of Nigeria a qualification to the Africa Women Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Super Falcons of Nigeria qualified 3-0 on aggregate and Nigeria had a goal disallowed.
Super Falcons goalkeeper also saved an Ivorian penalty in the 33rd minute.
The Super Falcons will be gunning for an unprecedented tenth title in Morocco later in the year.
