Chelsea new owner Todd Boehly is ready to hand Thomas Tuchel £200m to spend this summer after his takeover was finally sealed by the UK Government, the Premier League and Europe.

Tuchel’s team made it to two finals but finished the season without a domestic trophy ahead of a summer total rebuild with mass changes expected, especially in defence. Rudiger and Christensen will both leave on a free transfer.

Sevilla’s Jules Kounde, is among Chelsea top priorities. A transfer for the Jules Kounde previously fell through and the west London side strongly retain an interest in signing the Frenchman.

Leipzig Josko Gvardiol, is also another top target in Tuchel’s list, Gvardiol will help fill the void left by Rudiger, who is set to join Spanish giant Real Madrid.
