They made many sacrifices to pay for his football training and education.

At the age of 10, Kudus’s coach, Abdul Karim Zito, identified his talent and recommended him to the Right to Dream Academy, a renowned football academy in Ghana. Despite financial challenges, Kudus secured a scholarship with Zito’s assistance. Over the next five years, he developed his skills at the academy while balancing his studies. In 2018, Kudus was signed by FC Nordsjælland in Denmark. He made his professional debut for the club at just 18 years old. After a successful season in Denmark, Kudus joined Dutch club Ajax in 2020.
